Polyester and nylon blended micro denier knitted wipe

Characteristics:
4 edges cut and sealed by ultrasonic method, to prevent linting and scratching. Durable, soft, non-abrasive wipe. Excellent liquid absorption. Assures cleanliness with ultra low levels of particles, ions and extractable consistent with Class 1 cleanroom environments. Resists abrasion under rigorous use.

 

Processed and packaged in double bag in Class 10 cleanroom. Laundered by 17MO of ultra-pure D.I. water. Low generation of static electricity.

Applications:
Class 1 cleanrooms. Ultra sensitive semiconductor, TFT-LCD, lens manufacturing processes. Equipment cleaning in rigorous manufacturing operations. Excellent for use in critical environments where abrasion resistance is required.

Bemcot wipes

Bemcot has many advantages over other wipes.

These advantages are attributable to the incomparable combination of

the finest raw material and the most unique production method-namely,the use of 

cotton as an original material, long fibres, and no binders.

Superb liquid absorption and preservation 

Each Berncot fiber absorbs liquid and swells.

Coupled with its special structure, this property allows Berncot

to absorb liquid 13 times

its weight.

Antistatic                                                                                                         
The fibre itself contains a moisture content of 11% in its standard condition

(at 20°C, 65%RH) thus low generation of static electricity.

 

 

 

Easy to burn out
Made of 100% cellulose. Bemcot can be easily burnt after use, without producing toxic gases. In addition,

it burns completely, facilitating the recovery of precious metals after wiping.

Excellent in heat resistance
Bemcot is carbonized at a temperature between 260 and 300°C. Unlike synthetic fibers, it does not dissolve at

approximately 150°C.


Ecologically safe
Bemcot is ecologically safe, being free from environmental contaminants-throughout from its manufacture use 

to disposal.

Liquid absorption mechanism

Bemcot's superb liquid absorption is due to the fact that

in addition to the good liquid absorption qualities of cotton,

each of its fibres contains voids to hold water
