ASSEMBLY
GLOVES

Assembly gloves are knitted with 100% continuous nylon
fibre and are available in three versions, as knitted,
fingertip coated or palm coated with polyurethane. These
gloves are suitable for delicate and precise operations,
assembly jobs in electronics, semiconductors, micro-processors,
compact-discs and optics many others.
Anti-Slip: Our new PU coating material, without toner
greatly increases the anti-slip power as opposed to
the ordinary material. 100% dust-free due to the fact
that the material is toner-free. Our new technique allows
us to produce gloves with a minimal chemical weight,
this creates a softer glove because softness depends
on the molecular construction and stable air bag in
PU.Coating: We use a newly developed hot and cold precocity
dipping technique that makes molecular construction
homogenous and keeps bubbles in PU of micro size. This
method does not use DMF, so there are no harmful residues.
Washable at 40°C. The gloves are reusable and can
be decontaminated for Clean Room purposes (Class 100
after washing)
