We offer a full range of packaging
reels that meets EIA and the European standard. Our reels are designed
to withstand drop tests and shippability tests.
The reels are packed in a unique
way (using die-cut pad), in horizontal carton box orientation, well
securing the reels during shipping and will also minimise warppage.

The plastic resins used in
the production of reels have been specially chosen to have a good
balance of physical and mechanical properties, which provide a consistent
in quality of the reels.
Application
These reels are recommended for packaging and electronic product
handling applications, where freedom from the hazard of Electro-Static
Discharge is necessary.

Ez Reels
|
| The
EZ reel is the latest offering from C-Pak. These lightweight design
reels can be in sold-down form or fully assembled.
These reels are designed to reduce the total
weight of the assembled reel with a large labelling area to meet
the varied label size needs. The locking mechanism is by meant of
latches on the hub which will hold the flange together. Beside ease
of assembly, the lightweight design also give significant saving
in cost during shipping of goods.
Join two pieces of EZ flanges with a EZ hub
of any width required, and you have a reel ready for immediate use.
