The Nitrile finger cots belong to the new generation of finger cots, which overcome the disadvantages of finger cots that contain powder, chlorine or sulfur. Nitrile finger cots provide incomparable performance for the electronics, semiconductor, optics
related, industries and all the fields in which the work environment must be absolutely clean. Nitrile finger cots are ideal for people with allergies to latex.

Anti-Static Powder free Finger cots

These Antistatic Powder Free finger cots are specially designed and produced for ESD-sensitive applications, where regular washed fingercots are unacceptable. Pink antistatic finger cost are made of natural latex. Antistatic properties are consistently maintained. Washed under a controlled proces to remove particles and reactive ions such as Na+, K+, Ca2, Mg2, Nz2, C1, SO42. Surface resistivity: 109 - 1011 Ohm /cm2, suitable for handling of class II, Category B (>100V) E.S.D. Suggested for Class II (2000 -3999 volt) static sensitive devices. Powder free surfaces minimises particulate contamination. Ultra-low levels of extractables and residual ions prevent product failure. Packing done in clean environment.

Static Dissipative Powder Free Finger cots
These Static Dissipative Powder Free Finger cots are designed to be used in contact with
static sensitive materials in cleanroom emvironment. Black finger cots are made of natural latex without undergoing chlorination process. Ultra-low level of extractable / residual ions, suitable for cleanroom contamination free environments.
Surface resistivity: -106 to 109 Ohm / cm2 (average value: 107 Ohm / cm2) for use withn ESD-sensitive materials. Powder-free design and special packaging prevent particulate contamination and ensure cleanroom compatibility. Carbon black compound used in the manufacturing proces will not slough, migrate or contaminate.
