Inner gloves are knitted with continuous filament fibre, they are int free and are designed to be used with barrier gloves to give greater comfort to the operator . The inner gloves are available in a full or half finger version and are suitable for operators with allergies.
CO-POLYMER
Copolymer Xtraclean and Clean-Fit II gloves

Specially developed to answer the major concerns of clean room operators are made of a new blend of PVC resins, which combines high cleanliness (extremely low particle emissions and low metal ion content) with exceptional physical properties. High sensitivity, enhanced tensile strength and elongation giving greater operator comfort. Superior Cleanliness: class 10, class 100. Exceptionally low metal ion content. Antistatic: Surface leakage resistance of 2.1X 10 to the power of 11 ohm. Ideal for employees with known allergies to latex proteins. Length 12", ambidextrous. Double bagged in controlled clean room environment.


NCP Nitrile Co-Polymer Powder Free

NCP Nitrilon Nitrile gloves are manufactured of 100% Nitrile Butadiene Polymer, in clean, powder-free environment.
The gloves are ambidextrous, ergonomically designed for improved dexterity, comfort and long wear with rolled, beaded cuff to enhance donning and textured finger tips for better feel and grip.
Length: 12" (+/-0.5), thickness 5.0 mil (+/-1).
Tensile strength - 3190 psi/22mpa, elongation - 700%.
Class 100 (M3.5) Clean Room Compatible.
No latex Proteins. Anti-static.
Resistivity (ASTD257, EST S11.11) 1 x 10 to the power of 11 ohms / square at 12.5% humidity, 1 x 1010 ohms / square at 50% humidity.
Static Decay ( FTM Std 101C-Method 404)< 3 seconds @ 12.5% humidity, < 1 seconds @ 50% humidity.
The gloves are packed in a certified Class 10 cleanroom; double-bagged in cleanroom compatible packaging and packed in a lined shipping carton.
All labels used are of cleanroom compatible laminated PVC.
The gloves are manufactured in ISO 9002 certified facilities with full in house laboratory that is capable of performing particle count, ionic content, TNVR, silicone oil/amide/DOP detection, bioburden, physical testing and electrical properties.
Each lot is tested, certified and documented.
Traceability numbers are printed on all packaging.
Packaging: 100 gloves are vacuum sealed in a cleanroom LDPE inner bag, each inner bag is PVC labelled with IPA resistant ink print.
Each inner bag goes into an outer bag. 10 outer bags per lined carton (1000 gloves per case).


PFX and PFXT Latex


PFX Correct Touch Latex gloves are manufactured from natural latex with low protein and contact sensitizers in a clean, powder-free environment. Total Protein Content <50ug/g of Glove (ppm) Using Modified Lowry Method. The gloves are ambidextrous, ergonomically designed for improved dexterity, comfort and long wear with rolled, beaded cuff to enhance donning and textured palm for better feel and grip. Class 100 (M3.5) clean room compatible. Double Chlorinated. Leak Tested. Particle and Extractable Testing in Accordance with IES-RP-CC-005.2 Qualified for Use in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Length: 12" (+/-0.5), thickness 6.5 mil (+/-1). Tensile Strength: 3400 psi/23 mpa, elongation: 745%.
