Description:
The APE-2C series extractors are made of Teflon® and provide a clean method of extracting resist from the bottle. A Teflon® extraction tube extends into the bottle, and a Teflon® cup is at the end of the tube. Resist flows over the edge of the cup and into the holes of the cup and into the holes in the extraction tube. Teflon® fittings on the outside of the cap allow easy connection to external tubing.

Advantages:
Particle contamination is greatly reduced since the resist pick up point is kept above the bottom of the bottle, where particles settle. Also, the top and sides of the bottle are kept clean of resist, thus preventing resist from drying, powdering, and falling into the bottle. The cup traps resist, keeping air bubbles out of the lines during bottle changes.

Options:
CHECK VALVE- Reduces viscosity changes by preventing solvents from evaporating.
FILTER - Keeps airborne particles out of the resist bottle.
SLANTED TUBE - For a slanted bottle and maximum resist usage.
