Characteristics:
Ultrasonic cut & sealed treatment for four edges
completely prevent scratches. Particle generation
is very low. The sealed edges allow for 100% utilization
of wiper surface. Metallic ion contents and extractables
are very low.

Used in a Class 10 cleanroom or manufacturing process
of semiconductor industrial fields. Suited for optics
and aerospace applications. Suited for using in sterilized
room of pharmaceutical department. Suited for cleaning

Ultraclean
ESD are made from 100% filament polyester with static
dissipative fibers knitted in a 5 mm stripe to provide
ESD control. Static dissipative fibers attract and dissipate
the charge, locking any residual charge into the fiber.
Four edges are ultrasonic cut and sealed. The structure
of the material allows maximum absorbency. These wipes
are laundered and double packaged in a class 10 cleanroom.
