CHARACTERISTICS

Disposable non-woven face masks are manufactured of ultra-fine polypropylene in class 10 cleanroom by a fully automated process using spun lace method, which ensures high filtration efficiency (particles of 0.3µm are filtered out), very low particle count and durability.
Exceptional for manufacturing operations of semiconductor, TFT LCD, disks and medical facilities.
Individual & bulk packing are all available.

Double Ply Face Mask is made from 2 layers of spun bonded non-woven / thermally sealed waffle pattern polypropylene (P.P) micro fibres with 1/6 inch center (with no break / hole visible), providing excellent filtration and absorption.

Three Ply Face Mask has 3 layers of folding in vertical direction to cover the mouth, nose and chin. It creates a dome shape when worn. Both inner and outer layer of the masks is made with non-woven fabric. Between these, threre is a layer of high efficiency filter which can effectively filter bacteria and particles.

All face mask are hypoallergenic, whcih prevnets irritation and allergy problems to sensitive skins.

A nosepiece made of 100% aluminium, is embedded on the upper side of the Double / Three Ply Face Mask. This ensures a closer contact of the mask with the nose.

Beard Masks
The beard mask is made from spun bonded non woven / thermally sealed waffle pattern polypropylene (P.P) with 1/13 inch center, evenly meshed throughout the material surface. The thread used is made from man made synthetic material twilled together to prevent fraying, while the elastic band that secure the mask to the face neatly and comfortably is made from natural latex and with "one size for all" design.

A/C Masks
A/C Mask (30 HNHC) Active carbon filter mask. This is a 3 ply mask, the central layer is an active carbon material. Ideal in hazardous applications in reducing considerably the discomfort and or risk from chemicals and odors.

A selection from a large range of shaped face masks for various environments to protect against dust, mist, fumes, odours (active carbon filtration) protection, etc.
